The Definition:

To guarantee our products quality, we made strict quality control and quality assurance standards, closely monitoring every key procedure of production process with  ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002. baoturbo quality control team is responsible for implementing OE manufacturers quality control measures, monitoring the whole production process, identifying and preventing those products which having any possible defects.

Our main quality control procedures as below:

Raw materials testing------our logistics employees and QA employees check the delivered raw material and to guarantee the materials meet our requests for production.

Manage the production process-------we carry out quality control measures in every critical period of production process. Generally, we apply FAI (first article inspection), in process quality control and final quality control measures to promise that the products which delivered to customers meet our quality standards.

As to management and production, we apply the 5S management method. we are committed to delivering the very highest standard of quality of turbos, spares and advice to our customers.
 

   The Parts:

Baoturbo can undertake the design and the manufacture of all kinds of toolings (sand toolings, metal toolings, hot / manual core box toolings). We can offer technical consultation on toolings for free. The services include tooling technic, tooling defect solutions, CAD/CAM/CAR application in opening toolings.
Turbocharger tooling designing and fabrication.The high efficiency, the precision work are one of numerical control bed processing most main characteristics.
Compressor housings are made of cast aluminum where the utilization of various grades,gravity die casting and sand casting techniques are used.
Compressor housings were machined strictly to OEM specification with new CNC machine.

  Turbine housing faces biggest challenge yet.therefor its material is of utmost importance to the overall efficiency of turbine housings. We machine the OEM standard material for our turbocharger.
  Bearing housing is the support body of rotor components in a turbocharger. It is connected to compressor housing and turbine housing to form the completed turbocharger. Apart from bearing the mechanical load of rotor components, it also endures the heat load from the turbine end.

  CNC Machining Center (CNC milling machine) 
  Our turbine wheels are made from nickel based casting alloys and consist of a number of through shaped blades welded around the circumference of a circular runner which is connected to a steel shaft. The turbine blades are specifically designed to have fine sharp edges within the turbine housing; whereas shaft bearing joumals are induction hardened and ground for dimensional accuracy.

  Once the rotating assembly has been put together, it is dynamically and VSR (vibration sorting rig) balanced to minute tolerances before being built into its compressor and turbine housings.
